RISE Terms of Service

Welcome to RISE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RISE website, waitlist, surveys, forms, and other pre-launch services and experiences provided by RISE Africa Technologies Limited (“RISE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Service.” By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or otherwise have the legal capacity and appropriate consent required under applicable law.
2. Waitlist, Surveys & Information
You may join the waitlist, participate in surveys, submit forms, or register interest. Information you provide must be accurate and not intentionally misleading. Joining does not guarantee platform access, beta participation, or any particular feature.
3. Pre-Launch Services
RISE is currently under development. Planned features, functionality, pricing, eligibility requirements, launch dates, and availability may change.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misrepresent your identity; submit fraudulent information; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt the Service; use it for unlawful or harmful activities; introduce malicious technology; or use RISE intellectual property without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
6. Communications
By providing contact information, you may receive waitlist confirmations, company and product updates, launch announcements, research requests, event information, testing opportunities, and important notices. Where required by law, you may unsubscribe from promotional communications.

Unless otherwise stated, the RISE name, brand, logos, designs, graphics, website content, written materials, technology concepts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RISE and may not be commercially exploited without written permission.

RISE is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services linked to or integrated with the Service.

RISE may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or update these Terms from time to time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service or community may be harmed.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Future product information may change before launch.

Additional or updated terms may apply when RISE introduces user accounts, opportunity features, reputation or trust systems, financial tools, savings features, payment services, or third-party partner services.
